Keith Sacco RMT, ND

Keith’s passion is helping people free their bodies from locked patterns of dysfunctional movement.

His focus is helping people to connect with and experience what their physical body is asking of them, so they can move as they did when they were a child; freely with no boundaries to limit them. He does this by combining mobility coaching and education with massage therapy.

Keith is a unique practitioner as he is not only a registered massage therapist but a trained naturopathic physician and personal trainer. His extensive background allows him to have a global awareness of how the body is functioning when assessing, treating and educating.

Keith enjoys working with a diverse population of patients from athletes to people with chronic pain to those who just want to know how to move better.

Areas of Focus: Mobility training, Functional Movement Assessment, Suspension Training, Corrective Exercise, Functional Range Release, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release

The most valuable part of seeing Keith is that I get three professionals in ONE person. In addition to massage therapy, Keith brings in his personal training background to coach me in moving and exercising effectively but most importantly doing the exercises the correct way to not hurt myself. He uses his broad naturopathic knowledge in providing excellent nutritional advice and natural alternative healing choices. Keith is different from other RMT’s in that he truly cares about his patients/client’s well-being. He takes the time to assess and treat whatever the issue is and his follow-up is amazing. He genuinely cares for the people he looks after and wants them to feel better when they leave his table and office.

I have been seeing Keith Sacco as my RMT for 3 years. However, what makes Keith stand out is his knowledge outside of Massage Therapy. He has assisted me in developing further with core exercises, and overall strengthening and conditioning. Keith’s overall expertise in muscle and joint therapy have been extremely beneficial.

Keith is the best! After many years of struggling with a chronic bad back and having surgery, Keith came to my rescue. His thoughtful approach, insight into body mechanics and a personalized plan for my situation has given me the ability to manage my pain so I can live a productive life. Thanks Keith!
