Congratulations, you are pregnant! This is an exciting time for you, but it can also be overwhelming and a bit scary. It’s normal to have a lot of questions bubble up in your mind. Am I eating the right foods? Am I eating enough? What supplements should I be taking or not taking? Can I exercise? Are herbs safe to take in pregnancy? What will labour be like? I want to prepare my body for labour, what can I do? We have designed a special pregnancy care program at Living Wellness Centre after years of working with pregnant women from all walks of life. It is patient-focused and allows for more time in visits to have all your questions answered and concerns heard.     • Natural options for common pregnancy complaints such constipation, fatigue, pain, restless leg, poor sleep, yeast infections, UTIs…and more
