Pregnancy Care

Congratulations, you are pregnant! This is an exciting time for you, but it can also be overwhelming and a bit scary. It is normal to have a lot of questions bubble up in your mind: Am I eating the right foods? Am I eating enough? What supplements should I be taking or not taking? Can I exercise? Are herbs safe to take in pregnancy? What will labor be like? I want to prepare my body for labour, what can I do? Having a team of experienced and caring practitioners for your prenatal care is important and available to you at Living Wellness Centre. We are patient-focused and allow for more time in visits to have all your questions answered and concerns heard. We provide integrative and natural prenatal care to put your mind at ease so you can enjoy a healthy pregnancy.
