There are two kinds of insomnia; trouble falling asleep and trouble staying asleep. You may experience both. The occasional poor night’s sleep happens, but if your sleep is off consistently, it is a sign that there is more going on.
Sleep is the foundation of better health. Mental well-being, hormonal health, cancer prevention, pain reduction and healing all rely on good quantity and quality sleep.
