Cosmetic Injections

Neuromodulators (ie: Botox, Dysport, Nuceiva and Xeomin) are injections used to relax specific muscles of the face, to soften fine lines and wrinkles.

They work by temporarily blocking nerve signals to targeted muscles to weaken muscle contractions. This allows for regular facial expressions, but with softened wrinkles.

Fine lines and wrinkles are a result of consistent contractions of facial muscles through expressions over time, creating folds in the skin. With consistent treatment, neuromodulators can work to prevent deep lines or wrinkles by reducing the intensity of these muscle contractions.
