Erica
Erica is a Registered Clinical Counsellor, with a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from the Adler School of Professional Psychology, and a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from the University of Victoria. Her therapeutic lens is grounded in Trauma-Informed, Family Systems and Strength-Based foundations.
For over fifteen years Erica has empowered hundreds of people on their journey to better mental health. Her honest, relaxed, and empathic approach creates an environment that enables progress and healing.
She draws on her years of expertise to provide collaborative care for individuals, couples, and families to navigate life’s challenges. She believes in the healing power of connection and will often integrate elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness and Attachment Theory into her sessions.
