Alannah holds a masters degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University in Vancouver. She enjoys working with school aged children, teenagers, post-secondary students, and individuals.
Alannah works with a person-centered approach, applying interventions and techniques from other therapeutic orientations such as cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy, and mindfulness based techniques.
Areas of Focus: Her experience in community practice has given her an opportunity to gain experience in working with youth and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, family conflict, life transitions, and suicidal ideation.
